Mr. Harvey’s teaching methods were clearly stated and demonstrated before adding the dogs into the equation. My level of comfort handling both of my dogs was significantly decreased after my set of dogs (brothers) had an outdoors dog fight this past Tuesday. After our session my level of comfort handling them in public was significantly increased, and the ability to lead/control my dogs not vice versa. Harvey was amazing! Our 70 lb puppy showed improvements immediately. He was very patient with both us and our dog and encouraged us throughout the entire process. Harvey was very punctual, very patient and very calm with our pets. We brought a new rescue into the home who was so frightened and so traumatized and in the few hours he was here the first day she was sitting by our feet and not trying to hide under something. That was incredible… our previous dog had an issue of barking when someone came to the door and he gave us the tools to stop that and have seen a change in him as well. It’s only been a month in our home for this little girl and she is slowly coming out of her shell and is less frightened. She needs surgery on her leg so the training she needs for walking on a leash cannot be fulfilled at this time but so far so good and we are confident when we utilize the tools he gave us she will learn quickly. Harvey gave us our dog back! We we were feeling hopeless and thought we had to give up our dog. He would continuously bark, jump up on counters, chew our clothes, and so much more. Now, because of Harvey, we realize he was trying to run the house. Duke, our dog, was a rescue who had been in many different, dysfunctional homes. We live very busy lives and felt we would have to give him up. Now we don't. The training is easy.
Harvey presented the material in an understandable and fun manner. He was always willing to answer questions, and he worked with our dog for as long as needed. The training is easy to follow, but very effective. Only a few days have passed, but our dog has vastly improved in his behavior.

After just one 3-hour session with Harv, my husband and I felt confident that we could properly train our three dogs. Harvey spent 3 hours at our house working with our two dogs on several things- barking at the front door, jumping on guests, begging for food, pulling while walking, and separation anxiety. We noticed an obvious difference in our dogs the very next day. Instead of running into the food pantry for their food, we are able to get them to sit and stay and wait for their food until we tell them to come. We are able to go on relaxing walks without fighting to keep them from pulling us. Yes, we still have to work on these things outside of our first session, but Harvey taught us how to effectively accomplish these things on our own and we are seeing great results right away!read more

Written: Clients receive a written, signed copy of the support guarantee on their Bark Busters receipt which is an official Bark Busters USA document.
Backed Up: The Bark Busters guarantee is backed up by one of the largest dog training companies in the world. It is important to keep this document safe as proof of your support guarantee.
Limitations of Cover: The Bark Busters support guarantee simply states that if the client consistently carries out the dog training instructions and methods provided at the training lesson, the Bark Busters therapist will work with the client for either one year, or the life of the dog (depending on the service obtained) at no additional charge. Most clients prefer the lifetime support guarantee because they receive peace of mind for very little additional cost. The guarantee is a support guarantee and does not guarantee to fix the behavior problems you are experiencing with your dog(s). The support guarantee is valid for those areas where there is an active Bark Busters Therapist. A copy of your original receipt is required to receive on-going support. If you move to an area where there is not an active Bark Busters therapist, support will be provided via telephone and email. The support guarantee is only valid for the dogs listed on the receipt and is not transferable to another dog. If a dog passes away or is euthanized the support guarantee and contract is rendered null and void. The support guarantee is valid only for the primary address registered. The Support Guarantee Moves With The Dog: If for any reason your dog needs to be re-housed with a new family, the Bark Busters lifetime support guarantee is transferred to the new owner (transfer fee may apply), for the life of the dog provided the new location is serviced by a Bark Busters trainer. If the new location is not serviced by a Bark Buster trainer, the owner can request support in the form of email, phone or video chat (Skype, FaceTime or similar apps) from Bark Busters USA (transfer fee may apply).
* The One-year Bark Busters support guarantee applies if the re-housing is done within twelve (12) months of the date of the first lesson on the original receipt (transfer fee may apply). Clients can upgrade to the lifetime support guarantee for an additional charge. The new owner must produce the original receipt to receive support under the guarantee.

Limitations of Cover: The guarantee may not be transferred to another dog. The guarantee is not a money back guarantee. If the dog is euthanised or the dog dies the guarantee is rendered null and void. All training advice must be adopted by the owner in order for the guarantee to remain valid. If the owner adopts an alternative form of training without prior discussion with their therapist this will render the guarantee null and void.
